I’m Dee Onigbanjo, founder of Leadwell Advisory.

I created Leadwell Advisory to provide founders and organisational leaders with the kind of practical support that can often be difficult to access when you’re building, strengthening or growing an organisation.

My experience comes from doing the work myself. Over the years, I’ve established and led organisations, developed community programmes, secured grant funding, managed governance and financial responsibilities, built partnerships, and worked across media, communications and organisational development.

Alongside leading my own organisations, I’ve increasingly supported charities, CICs, community organisations and founders with many of the same challenges I’ve had to navigate; from developing fundable projects and strong grant applications, to putting the right governance in place, improving financial reporting and strengthening how organisations communicate their work.

That experience shapes the way I work through Leadwell Advisory. I’m not interested in giving organisations generic recommendations and leaving them to figure out the rest. I take time to understand where you are, what you’re trying to achieve and what is realistically possible, then provide practical, hands-on support to help move things forward.

I have a particular understanding of the third sector and the realities facing smaller charities, CICs and community organisations, while my wider experience across strategy, finance, communications and business development also allows me to support founders and growing businesses.

My aim with Leadwell Advisory is simple: to help organisations develop the structure, resources and confidence they need to move forward.

Sometimes that starts with securing funding. At other times, it means strengthening governance, putting essential systems in place, improving financial reporting, developing a clearer strategy or communicating an organisation’s value more effectively.

Whatever the starting point, my focus is always on practical progress; helping you move from ideas and challenges towards a stronger, better organised and more sustainable organisation.
